(Entry #9) Some sort of disease that affects especially nightshades. I have not been able to identify it. Little gray spots cover the leaves, and in some cases decrease the quality of the leaf formed. Overall the plant just really doesn't do well. It is known to affect most nightshades, purple passionflower, and some other specimens. I have not observed it affecting trees. I have not yet obtained pictures. It seems to strike in the fall, perhaps later on plants other than nightshades. Countermeasures unknown. It is not known whether it is a fungus, blight, virus, bacteria, whatever affects plants; and it shall not be known until I can identify it. Unfortunately I do not know much about it. Sorry about not posting yesterday. Oops.
